Screen Warranty & Returns Policy – Please Read Carefully
All our replacement screens come with a 6-month replacement warranty from the date of purchase.
✅ What’s Covered:
- Faulty or non-functioning screens with valid photo or video evidence
❌ Not Covered:
- Physically broken screens
- Broken or torn flex cables
- Screens damaged due to accidental impact, mishandling, or poor installation
- Signs of tampering or modification
- Screens with factory stickers or labels removed
🔧 Important Installation Guidelines:
- Strictly test the screen before installation. Do not install it if it arrives damaged or faulty.
- Only install the item once you’re fully satisfied with its condition.
- Do not remove any factory stickers, seals, or labels if you intend to return or exchange the item.
- Warranty will be voided if the screen is installed while faulty or damaged, or if there’s evidence of poor workmanship.
- We do not accept returns unless the item is received damaged or proven faulty.
🔄 Return & Refund Conditions:
- Warranty claims require clear visual evidence and the return of the product in acceptable condition.
- Items will not be refundable — only exchanged for the same item if proven faulty. No exceptions.
- If a refund is approved due to incorrect order or change of mind, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We are not liable if the customer is unable to complete the repair using the supplied part.
- Any replacement or repair due to defect will not exceed the invoice value of the goods and services provided.
